Some Unexpected Inspiration
Hello everyone!!!
The weather continues to be gorgeous here in Virginia! Yesterday Ben and I enjoyed hours on the Potomac River on the boat...so much fun! I wasn't planning on writing until after my appointment on Tuesday, but I was truly inspired today. I was getting ready for church with Ben, listening to my favorite song "sweetly broken" by Jeremy Riddle (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=98155049 link to the song if interested). I decided on the way to church that the song is going to be one of my anthems, and when I walked into church, it was playing.
Three days after finding out about my diagnosis, my first time to church was centered around hardship and trials, and Ben and I were astonished how God spoke to us so unexpectedly through such a large church service. At one time, the pastor even said "I know some of you might be going through something really tough, like cancer" and looked directly at us! He doesnt know us! Amazing! So please take twenty minutes out of your week and listen to the message at the below link and see how miracles seem to happen. It is titled "Grace Revolution part 3". I strongly believe this was spoken to ME! What an awesome feeling! (I know this is all a little heavy but I cant help but be excited!)

More great news...the Doctor who developed and first froze ovaries wrote me back and wants to see me while I am in New York City on Tuesday. (Dr. Oktay through Cornell University) This is so exciting since most of you know how badly I want to have kids some day!!! Whew...every aspect of this seems to fall into place! :)
Talk more later this week! I love all of you! Attached are two recent pictures: One of Ben and I and one with a NICU friend
With a big smile,
Jami
